Ask a Seller a Question
Often the first place that buyers start is with Buying a Sample, but sometimes buyers have questions that need answering upfront. The best way to do this is to reach out to the seller via the “Contact Me” button under “Ask a Question about this Product” on the product page. This will send an email to the seller using Yellow Seed's internal messaging system, and a message alert will get sent to the seller's regular email inbox as well. They will reply to you via Yellow Seed's internal message service, and you will also be sent a copy of the message to your regular email address.
Some sellers are quick to respond, others may take a while if they are traveling or live in places where the internet connection is slow or spotty. In the future, we hope to add a “response time” and “response %”feature so that you can have a better idea of when you likely to receive a response.
